Recently spent New Year's Eve at Citadines Namba Osaka and was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location and exceptional service. the hotel's close proximity to Namba and the city center made it a breeze to get around, especially when traveling to and from the airport. Being connected to Takashimaya was a bonus, providing easy access to shopping and dining options right at my doorstep. The friendly staff, particularly Roy, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Roy's assistance with a broken luggage lock saved the day, and the overall hospitality made me feel right at home during my time at the hotel. the thoughtful touches like filtered water taps on each floor and the in-room comforts truly set Citadines apart. I appreciated the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and sustainability through the Ascott Cares initiative, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay. the fitness center, restaurant, and shared lounge added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of my visit.
